Event Projection were approached recently by creative services company “Red Bee Media” to work on the TV trailer for the BBC Proms 2011.  The outline for the promo was to take the viewer on a journey into classical music visually by transforming an ordinary car journey, seen at the beginning of the film into a tunnel which through projection transforms into a vortex of intensely beautiful and kaleidoscopic imagery.  This was achieved over the 2 day shoot at 3 Mills Studios by projecting various video clips onto various surfaces from tunnel shaped screens to Henry Moore style sculptures. Three Panasonic HD projectors were used to fill the elements of the set to achieve these surreal results.
